REIKI means Universal Life Energy

Reiki is a Japanese technique discovered by Dr.Usui Mikau in the late 1800’s, while fasting for 21 days onto Mount Karuma, Japan.

Dr. Mikau Usui differentiates the intention of REIKI through 4 Sanskrit symbols which he received through his meditation and which empower and direct the energy. Channeling this energy with your intention and focus, through the seven the most important chakras, you balance and uplift the body’s energy, thus the healing process is engaged and the individual feels a deep, peacefully relaxation.

Reiki is a healing system for the physical body and can be used to increase intuition and awareness.

Reiki is a non-touched hand technique. The individual lies on a massage table, completely dressed up. A session lasts 30-45 minutes.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology – Muscle testing – is a technique founded by George Goodheart, DC in 1964. Kinesiology utilizes principle from Traditional Chinese medicine which also works with meridians and acupressure points.

Energy Kinesiology is a holistic, natural approach to create and maintain a health and well-being state. Bioelectrical energy flows in our body through specific pathways, called Meridians. Everything has vibrations that affect our energy flow by enhancing or impeding it. These factors are our thoughts, food, water quality, environment, lifestyle, sleep, exercises, recreation, relationship, career, media, internal and external toxins.

Our muscles are battery like in our body, producing, storing and transferring the energy through the ganglia; being also piezoelectric they produce electric energy by simply their movement. When there is a blockage in our energy, we can test this through our muscle; actually, we use manual muscle testing as a biofeedback indicator to determine where the energy is blocked and what to do to restore our body and mind for balancing.
